I have a SGE2010 layer 3 switch. I need to set up a static route that forwards all traffic going to 172.31.1.0/24 to 192.168.1.8. If I were using a command line interface on a Cisco device I could do it by typing "ip route 172.31.1.0 255.255.255.0 192.168.1.8". I need to duplicate this command in the GUI interface since there is no command line that I know of.
I have tried going into the ROUTING-Ip Static Routing menu on the switches interface and added it there but it does not work. This is on a completely flat network. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
