Hi all,
we have a Cisco 3750G running with IOS 12.2.35 SE5.
When i did a sh env all i got the following output:
nusex021#sh env all
FAN is OK
TEMPERATURE is OK
Temperature Value: 54 Degree Celsius
Temperature State: GREEN
Yellow Threshold : 56 Degree Celsius
Red Threshold : 66 Degree Celsius
SW PID Serial# Status Sys Pwr PoE Pwr Watts
-- ------------------ ---------- --------------- ------- ------- -----
1 Fixed Bad
SW Status RPS Name RPS Serial# RPS Port#
-- ------------- ---------------- ----------- ---------
1 Active <>
nusex021#
now to my question:
1. why do i see the "syspwr" in status bad?
2. Do i have any chance to get detailed description.
And mainly:
3. Is my main power supply damaged?
Last but not least i'd like to know:
4. Is there a chance to configure the switch for sending an SNMP trap when we have power issues on these devices?
thanks for your answers

Hi Dieter,
It seems that you have a bad power supply and really that is the most detail you can get.
A good working power supply would show this:
notice good good
Switch-B#sh env all
FAN is OK
TEMPERATURE is OK
Temperature Value: 35 Degree Celsius
Temperature State: GREEN
Yellow Threshold : 49 Degree Celsius
Red Threshold : 59 Degree Celsius
SW PID Serial# Status Sys Pwr PoE Pwr Watts

SW Status RPS Name RPS Serial# RPS Port#
-- ------------- ---------------- ----------- ---------
1 <> <>
Switch-B#
Switch-B#sh env power all
