sh mac-address outcome

i ran this command to locate mac address

0004.0015.e537--

sh mac-address-table address 0004.0015.e537

Legend: * - primary entry

age - seconds since last seen

n/a - not available

vlan mac address type learn age ports

the device from which i ran this command is WS-C6509-E

can some explain we outcome of above command

The output is telling you that the mac address you entered is in vlan 100 is was learn as a dynamic entry and it is connected to port Gi3/6

Thanks edward i want to know why it show two entries for mac address and port numbers
