Hello swami,
first of all you need to understand what error is this.
minor error is only the category of error.
use
sh log
to see errors on the device.
optionally you could also try to reload the module with
hw-module module 3 ?
boot Specify boot options for the module through Power Management Bus control register
reset Reset specified component
simulate Simulate options for the module
use hw-module module 3 reset
this will give you at least a chance to see new messages if you are lucky can be the fix.
be aware that you may miss the device during module reset and you should ask a maintanance time window
Hope to help

hw-module module 3 reset mem-test-full.
Check if you have the mem-test-full at the end, that will test the memory.

Hello Swamy,
Please do the following :
1.Re-seat the card and check if it is still occuring.
2.Has this ever occured before ?
3.Set the boot-up level to complete, and then reload only the card if the error still persists.
4.If the reseat and the reload does not fix it,it could be a hardware issue ..contact the TAC...

run sh diagnostic events
if see. TestErrorCounterMonitor
The TestErrorCounterMonitor has detected that an error counter in the specified module has exceeded a threshold. This message contains specific data about the error counter, including the ASIC and register of the counter, and the error count.
This error message is received when an ASIC on the linecard receives packets with a bad CRC. The issue may be local to this module or may be triggered by some other faulty module in the chassis.
The reason for this error can be because the newly inserted module was not firmly inserted.
Reseat the module in order to resolve the problem.
