simple static routing config

Do you see a problem with this 3750 config? I have attached the config and a visio. I currently have a 11051 switch in place of the 3750, everything work fine. When I replaced the 11051 with this 3750, the traffic doesn't seem to pass. What could I be missing?

Re: simple static routing config

Chester,

The following are not required as their respective next-hop belong to a directly connected subnet.

ip route 192.102.245.37 255.255.255.255 192.102.245.37

ip route 192.102.245.38 255.255.255.255 192.102.245.38

ip route 192.102.245.39 255.255.255.255 192.102.245.39

ip route 192.102.245.51 255.255.255.255 192.102.245.39

ip route 192.102.245.52 255.255.255.255 192.102.245.39

ip route 192.102.245.53 255.255.255.255 192.102.245.39
