Does anyone have a suggestion for this issue? I have the same problem. My hardware is different. I have a stack of 4 WS-C2960S-48LPS-L switches.
All of the ports on these switches were showing in CER until recently when the switch stack went down. A colleague brought it back up but the master switch ("Switch 1") had corrupt flash and had to be reconfigured. "Switch 3" then became the master switch. The ports that I do not see are those on Switch 1 (G1/0/1-48).
I have deleted the switch stack from CER and re-added it. No change. I have verified that the SNMP string needed for CER to query the switch is in place. Does anyone have any other ideas as to what I can check?
