Hi,
Is it possible to tweak the POST process in order to reduce cold start startup time of 2960 and 3750 series switches ?

Depends on the IOS version and the configuration applied. 2960 takes about <5 minutes to boot while the 3750 takes a lot longer (close to 6 minutes).
Catalyst switches do NOT support Warm Reload.
