Slavesup-bootdisk: not detected

Dear friends,

A 6500 having a redundant sup setup (SUP 720-3B) and platform being 6513 with 12.2(33)SXI3 Advanced IP Services.

The 6513 does not recognize the standby supervisor's compact flash memory.

The supervisor is equipped with CF adapter which includes 512 MB CF (sup-bootdisk)

When i say dir slavesup-bootdisk:, it does not recognize the CF memory.

dir slavesup-bootdisk:
                       ^
% Invalid input detected at '^' marker.

When i say dir slave?, it does not even recognize slavesupbootdisk:.

dir slave?
slavebootflash:      slaveconst_nvram:  slavedisk0:  slavedisk1:  slavenvram:
slavesup-bootflash:  slavesystem:

The ROMMON code running is 8.4(2) and i have reseated both the CF and the CF adapter but to no avail.

I suspect the entire part (WS-CF-UPG=) but how do i replace it without knowing the serial number? It does not show anything in the sh inventory.

Thanks a lot

Gautam
