Small Business, Multiple Internet, Internet Redundancy

Hello,

I am looking to set up a LAN that will include VoIP and a computer network.

My primary concern: I can't lose my phone service due to Internet outages, so I would like Internet redundancy (two different carriers).

My primary question: With about 20 Internet devices (VoIP phones/Computers/Server), can I achieve Internet redundancy on my LAN? If one Internet goes down, the second Internet automatically picks up the full office load (or just the Phones, I can't lose phone service)

Secondary question: What hardware for this solution? I was thinking I need a link aggregation switch, but I am not quite sure.

Current network setup: DSL Internet router>unmanaged switch> 5 client computers + 1 Server

Desired network setup: 2 DSL Internet routers> ? switch> 5 client computers + 1 Server + 5 VoIP Digital Phones

Thank you,

Matt

Still looking for the right switch.

So I've been doing some research but I'm lost between two options:

1. LINK AGGREGATION, managed switch, Cisco SLM2024 24-port Gigabit Smart Switch - 24-Port 10/100/1000 Gigabit, 2x Combo SFP Ports.

2. LOAD BALANCING, dual WAN router, Cisco Systems Cisco Small Business RV042 Dual WAN VPN Router

2a. +24-port unmanaged switch

Anyone know the difference?
