Here's the "show vstack config from the Director:

Vstack Director IP address: 1.1.1.20
Vstack Mode: Basic
Vstack default management vlan: 1
Vstack start-up management vlan: 1
Vstack management Vlans: none
Vstack Config file: bootflash:default_configuration.txt
Vstack Image file: bootflash:c2960c405-universalk9-tar.152-1.E2.tar
Join Window Details:

I want to see your entire SmartInstall config.  Post your "sh version" as well.

Can you please confirm that the 2960CG configuration template is NOT "client_cfg.txt".

Can I also ask if you can provide the output to the command "sh vstack status"?
