Currently there are to hi speed connections coming to his home. 1 is comcast cable connection and the other is a Qwest DSL connection.They each have thier own individual DSL and Cable router if one link fails he manually removes the connection and from one of the ISP's modem and places it in the other. He wants a seamless failover configuration.
