sourcing multicast from Loopback

Hi all,

I want to source a single multicast packet from a loopback interface every 30 seconds.

I used the following configuration:

ip sla 1
udp-echo 239.194.248.1 6666 source-ip 10.102.78.1 control disable
timeout 0
frequency 30
ip sla schedule 1 life forever start-time now

(10.102.78.1 = source ip loopback)

However, if i look down in my multicast network, it seems the switch is sourcing a single packet from EVERY active interface.

He is not sourcing a single packet from lo0 every 30 seconds, but a single packet every 30 seconds, on each active ip interface.

Anyone know how to prevent this ?

(running 12.2(33)SXI1 on C6500)

#sh ip mroute 239.194.248.1
