block multicast

and I made a loop

Is my STP bpdu will pass through all ports and STP block the loop or not?

Hello,

A very good question indeed. The multicast block applies only to transit unknown multicast traffic. STP should not be limited in any way by this block. In other words, for STP, nothing will change and it will continue to work as expected.

Best regards,

Peter

but what is transit traffic?

for switch C for example BPDU from A  will be transit traffic

and what is unknown?
