srr-queue bandwidth shape

I have a question regarding the shape command. Assume the following config on a 100 Mbps interface:

srr-queue bandwidth share 10 10 10 10

srr-queue bandwidth shape 10 0 0 0

Q1 is shaped to 10 Mbit.

My question regarding the other queues: is the remaining shared bandwidth calculated on 100 Mbit or 90 Mbit (100 - 10).

In other words, is the bandwidth in the shaped queue really reserved at all times even if there is no Q1 traffic ? ie the max. interface utilization is 90 Mbps ?

Case A:

Q1 = 10 Mbps max

Q2 = Q3 = Q4 = 100 Mbps/3 or 33 Mbps/queue division

Case B:

Q1 = 10 Mbps max

Q2 = Q3 = Q4 = 90 Mbps/3 or 30 Mbps/queue division
