Stack Between Cisco2960X-48 and Cisco2960-24, is it possible ?

Hello, I have a WS-C2960-24PC-L, and I would like to know if it is possible to stack with a WS-C2960X-48FPS-L

No - the WS-C2960-24PC-L is not a stackable model. Look at the rear panel (Figure 25 on the hardware installation guide) - there's no stack port (or even place to install a module).

You can mix 2960X with 2960S stacking switches, assuming you have the optional FlexStack Stacking modules. There are some limitation in that case - see the Q&A here.
