I have configured two cisco ws-c3750X switches in stack, stack is working fine but problem with the switch two is we are not reachable to network.

i can ping the gateway from the switch one,which is master but not able to ping from switch 2.

also i connect two laptop to individual switch and given the same subnet ip ,but also we are not able to ping each other.

what is a command to make license in use and to make other license not in use.

Wajid,

switch(config)#license boot level

switch(config)#end

switch(config)#do wr

switch(config)#do reload

Add on the beginning to not use a specific license.

If you want to change a license from switch 2:

switch#session 2

switch-2(config)#

Hello Wajid,

Please send me the outputs from the next commands:

Sh run int x/x    -----------> for the affected device on switch 2

Sh ip int brief |  exc una

Sh vlan

Sh ip route

Who is the GW?

Verify the configuration for the device that it is connected on switch 2. Should be a problem with vlan assignment.

Haihua

My gateway is my firewall and i have only 1 vlan in network.
