stack WS-C3750-24FS with WS-C3750X to use C3KX-SM-10G

Hello,

We have WS-C3750-24FS switches stacked supporting users on our LAN. I want take advantage of the netflow capabilities of the WS-C3750X using the C3KX-SM-10G card.

Would I be to see netflow data coming from the WS-C3750's if I stacked it with the WS-C3750X?

Also I read that the C3KX-SM-10G card would support a 1G SFP is that correct?

Thank you,

Eric

Hi Eric,

According to the data sheet, this module supports one Gig and 10Gig.  I am just not sure if one Gig supports Newflow.

See table-3 in this link:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/prod/collateral/switches/ps5718/ps6406/data_sheet_c78-584733.html

The SFP+ interface supports both 10GbE and GbE  port, allowing customers to use their investment in GbE SFP and upgrade  to 10GbE when business demands change, without having to do a  comprehensive upgrade of the access switch.
