Standard Access List

Guys,

Can you please confirm the commands in order to add any access list in the existing existing standard access list. For an example, there are two actions happening (10, 20) in the standard access list and I need to add a new (permit/deny) action (15) in between then what command will be used.

Thanks.

This will create a little problem by introducing an access list in between two access list, Used name ACL.

Re: Standard Access List

Thats what Dan did , he is correct ...   Just because he used a number does not mean it's not a modifiable acl .  You just put a numbered ACL into acl config mode like Dan did . If you want to modify a numbered ACL you just do it like a named acl,

ip access-list stand 1

15 permit 192.168.2.X
