standby cold for supervisor engine X4013+ with cisco 4507R

Dear sir,

Please advise why we configure redundancy , mode sso but it appear as rpr and it shown standby cold ? by right it should show standby hot and mode sso.

I would go thru this and see if you are missing anything and if you have the minumum required IOS .

Hi,

SSO is supported on a switch provided that code be of minimum 12.2(20)EWA version.

Please check the IOS version of the switch.
