Static route vs eigrp dynamic routes

Hello,

If you have a static route such as 0.0.0.0. 0.0.0.0 192.121.122.1 to another router and my router interfaces have ip addresses that are advertise with eigrp.  Do I really need to use eigrp to advertise the router ip address interfaces or does static route 0.0.0.0. 0.0.0.0 192.121.122.1 by itself is good enough to connect to those interface ip addresses?

The static route would be

The static route would be good enough. The other router would be able to advertise that subnet for you. I'm hoping I understand your question. For example:

Router 192.121.122.2 ----- 192.121.122.1 Router with EIGRP (advertise 192.121.122.0/24)
               |
0.0.0.0/0 192.121.122.1 ---->

This would work...
