Statistics counter 7600 tengigabit interface

Hi, I need to know if the time of refreshment of the counters can be changed in an interface.

I'm polling an tengigabitethernet interface and I cannot obtain the bandwith in times smaller to 10 seconds.

I think you are using 32 bit counter better you migrate to higher IOS version.
