I'm just wondering how sticky ports work. We have a few Cisco switches that have single devices plugged into the ports and I know if I enable sticky ports thenthe port will be locked down to just that mac address. However we have a few ports where the equipment is "daisy-chained" together, so basically one for would have 10 mac addresses into it. How coudl I lock that sinlge port down to all those Mac addresses?
This is actually a pretty cool feature, i didn't even know it existed until I was looking for a solution to advertise a subnet (prefix in BGP talk), only if a certain condition existed. This is exactly what conditional advertisements does
