STP ISSUE

Is any device will give spanning tree output without dots like this ?

"Bridge Identifier has priority 32768, sysid 348, address 001873631e00"

Normally MAC address are denoted by dots by grouping 4 HEX.

But recently i got a request to configure mac address output STP like above! The output is found sh span-tree detail

please help

Should be no problem. The formats are compatible, you can enter 0018.7363.1e00 as well.

This device is manufactured by Cisco according to the list of vendor id's:
