I am getting the ping response as follows :

what kind of device is 10.2.0.109 ....Check the duplex setting onfigured for it...

It's a Switch 2950C24

And Duplex is OK 100 Mbps FULl Duplex - Trunk link from Dist SW.

Also Checked Fiber Cable connecting between this.

Have you tried the same with duplex auto and speed auto...

I think it's by default Duplex
