I have a SUP720 3BXL module. It can boot with the s72033-ipservicesk9_wan-mz.122-33.SXI4a.bin image but cannot boot with the s72033-adventerprisek9_wan-mz.122-33.SXJ1.bin image.
It just stuck at:
Self decompressing the image : ################################################################################################################################################################################################################################ [OK]
Any ideas?
Thanks.

Did you try and compare the MD5 hash value of the file you've downloaded against the MD5 hash value found in the Cisco website?
If I remembered correctly, SXJ requires a DRAM and flash/bootflash of 512. It doesn't discriminate whether or not you've got "XL".

Yes the MD5 value matches and I am trying to boot from disk1.
Thanks.

Can you boot the IOS from sup-bootflash: or disk0:?

No, cannot boot from neither sup-bootflash: nor disk0:.
Previously I said I can boot SXI4a, but now I cannot boot SXI4a either. The same symptom, stopped after "Self decompressing the image : OK". The register is set to 0x2102.
