I am getting the following message while doing the xmodem. How to copy the image to flash.

switch: copy xmodem: flash:c3560-advipservicesk9-mz.122-44.SE.bin

Begin the Xmodem or Xmodem-1K transfer now...

CCCCCCCCCCBB0BB0xmodem:: I/O error
