Switch 4507 having high latency/CPU issue

Hi,

We are facing issue of high Latency and slowness with Switch Cisco 4507R at the Customer site.

Can any one suggest me on this case??

There is any BUG impact for this IOS:cat4500-entservicesk9-mz.122-54.SG1.bin or some other finding on this.
