switch as tftp server

Quick question , have a 4506 with a sup 4 and I want to temporarily make it a tftp server so I can download the code to another 4506 that has lower code . Is all that is needed is to add the statement tftp-server bootflash:<imagename> to the 4506 that I want to transfer from ?
