Hello:
Please I have two questions about the subject:
1.- First question, In a Stack of Switch Catalyst 3750, it can work with differents flavors, I mean, one switch that belong to the Stack have IOS version 12.2(35)SE5, IP BASE, another switch may have 12.2(35)SE5, IP Services, etc, the stack can work in this way...?????.
2.- Second Question, How I can, to Upgrade the IOS of a Switch Catalyst 3750, for example from IP BASE to IP SERVICES, I have the appropiate license, but when I try to do that, the following message apears:

Since you already have a license key, you just need to apply the license key to the switch and that will upgrade it from IP base to IP services. There is no need to download a new IOS to your switch The command is:
license install
see link below:
Also, make sure you use the same exact IOS for all your switches in the stack

Just for your information
If you want to upgrade from ip base to ip services you need to add this parameter:
/allow-feature-upgrade thus archive download-sw /allow-feature-upgrade tftp://x.x.x.x/image.tar
