hi, i'm trying to install websense in my network. The problem is that i need to listen to traffic of my network; i'm tryin to do this by assigning a port as the span port in my switch (catalyst 2950) and the other as the destination port in the same witch, i already did this in a switch catalyst 4950 but websense ingenieer told me that websense does not work with switches that use 802.1q , i would like to know if there is any way to tell the switch to not use this protocol or wich switch do i need to use?
