Hi,

I have a 3550 switch. it has c3550-i9q312-mz.121-14.EA1a.bin

I am getting the following error-

switch is not usable. reason: address bus test failed for associated data

Can anyone help me to resolve the issue.

Hi,

You need to organise RMA via Cisco TAC or through your partner.  This is HW problem.

Believe 3550's are end of life so you will have to buy a new switch .

Yeap, but if they don't have special contract. It is possible to buy one which extending support even for EoL parts for which RMA is possible.

Anyway - upgrade can also be a good step further and can bring good benifits.
