Switch is showing like this please explain me this

hi all.

in my networ switch 3750 shwon like this can any one explain me about this

Hello,

your switch is stuck in the rommon mode.

can you do a dir flash: and verify if there is any valid image available in the flash or not.

If not, then you would need to perform xmodem recovery. Use the following link:

Switch didn't boot the file because it's either corrupt of it's not "complete".  You need to do an xmodem upload with the proceedure posted by Pronoy.
