Posting
Peformance often can be found somewhere within device datasheets. You need to look for PPS and fabric bandwidth. Since you're describing 10 gig, I assume your 3750 is an E or X series. Both, if I recall correctly, have wire-speed capacity for all their ports including their 10 gig. (The the original 3750 series were not always wire-speed capable.)
If you don't need 3750 stacking, you might also look into the 3560 and/or 4948 with 10 gig uplinks.
