Unfortunately It looks like a hardware problem, if you have Cisco contract (Smartnet), you should open a case with the Cisco TAC in order to see if a RMA process can be submitted to replace the switch.

I'd upgrade the IOS and see if there are any improvements. 12.2(50)SE train isn't necessarily a stable/reliable release.

Last occurance is on 14/9
From 14/9 no device was connected at Fa1/0/22
And the switch was fine up until today
20/9 the switch hang again. I was out of office. Can't perform check.
Someone restart the switch.
Once online i was able to show log and it shows
AAA-3-DROPACCTFAIL: Accounting record dropped, send to server failed: system
another bug it seem.
By the way, when switch hang, what usefull command can enter to collect/check/investigate the condition of the switch?
