Hi Vishal,
what you see is expected. vlans share mac addresses (to save resources) as every mac address has to be unique within every vlan

vlan's mac address is virtual mac or physically present on a switch??

It is virtual but it is derived from the physical "Base ethernet MAC Address" of the switch that you can see in show version
Base ethernet MAC Address : 00:24:50:43:C7:00
lan-3750-1#sh int vlan 1
Hardware is EtherSVI, address is 0024.5043.c740 (bia 0024.5043.c740)

The switch knows what traffic belongs to which VLAN even though it is using the same MAC on each vlan as it tags the traffic so that fact that it uses the same MAC is fine . As Riccardo said it saves resources .

thank u very much!!!
address is 0024.5043.c740 (bia 0024.5043.c740)

Burned In Address.

BIA stands for "Burned In Address" So its basically saying that is the vendor assigned MAC address of your device...at least that is what I belive it to mean
