I am having some problems with a switch that i have. It happened after a power outage but the switch is plugged into a UPS. i have pasted the info below.

Its a hardware failure on the switch. The power on self test has failed the Inline power controller test. This inline power controller hardware has failed.
Please open a TAC case and request an RMA for the same.
