Switch port is broken

Hello

The radiolink device attached to the switch port is broken. The port where the radiolink device is plugged in is broken and the mercy lights are on when the port is empty. And this port does not work around the ports. We rebooted the switch but the problem was not resolved. We can not use these ports. What is the problem? Could you help?

which port is broken ? There usually are port groups on the switches, such as 1 -4, 5 -8 etc. If the entire port group is broken, surrounding ports would not work either.
