Switch Upgrade / Migration - MAC tool ???

Does anyone know of a tool that will follow MAC addresses before and after a switch migration? I am looking to validate on a MAC basis the Vlan, speed, duplex, auto, description and connection status following a move. I am really wanting a tool that will highlight the differences and then suggest ios commands to repair.
