Switch WS-C4506 reloaded automatically

[HCL Support]

Hi,

We have cisco 4506 and this got reloaded automatically and showing reload in show version output but no one made switch reload.

CORE-SW-2 uptime is 8 minutes

System returned to ROM by reload

System restarted at 12:37:58 IST Wed Dec 14 2011

Attaching show tech-support and suggest us in this case. Confirm us if there is any specific bug impact.

First time I've seen this kind of error message before.  You may need to open a TAC Case.

A Catalyst switch running Cisco IOS release 12.2(25)SG, 12.2(25)SEA, 12.2(25)SEB, 12.2(25)EZ,

or 12.2(25)EY might reload when

show cdp neighbor detail

is entered.

This defect does not affect any other Cisco IOS release.

Condition:

The CDP neighbor was removed at the exact time that the command

show cdp neighbor
detail

was entered.

Workaround:

While running these specific releases of Cisco IOS, there is no workaround. Symptom:
A Catalyst switch running Cisco IOS release 12.2(25)SG, 12.2(25)SEA, 12.2(25)SEB, 12.2(25)EZ,
or 12.2(25)EY might reload when show cdp neighbor detail is entered.

This defect does not affect any other Cisco IOS release.

Condition:
The CDP neighbor was removed at the exact time that the command show cdp neighbor
detail was entered.

Workaround:
