Hi,
Any switch that supports ethernet will support category 6. Category 6 is backward compatible with category 5 and 5e, it just has more twists in the cable to reduce interference at higher speeds.

Actually in some switch models for eg if we take 3560 series datasheets they have given it supports cat5 cable only.
I want all the switch models that support cat6.
can please provide them

All of the switches support Cat6. We have been using them from a long time on all the switches. 2960,3560,3750,Cat4500/Cat6500. It looks like that is not added on the datasheet for the switches. Looks like an error.
