Don't think you can do this I'm afraid as it is in the nature of the ASICs imho. Apparently there may be a resurgence of cut-through switching through enhanced ASICs but I believe it's only store-and-forward at present.
If you want to use cut-through mode between interfaces within the same bridge group, use the cut-throughcommand in interface configuration mode. To return to store-and-forward mode just use no form of this command.
receive - (Optional) Selects cut-through switching technology on received data
transmit - (Optional) Selects cut-through switching technology on transmitted data
SW(config)# interface fastethernet 3/0
SW(config-if)# bridge-group 10
SW(config-if)# no shutdown
That's all! Any other question? Hope will be helpful:)
