I want to design a Switching solution for 200 servers , So please suggest the switches model number

Based on the budget you have you might go for either of this:

1) 6500 Switch chassis(with required modules)

2) 3750 Switch with stacking (you can stack 2 - 9 switches as a single stack)

I will be recommending 6500 series, since you are looking for some server farm solution.

How many users? Data centre or Campus? Users on the same switching network as servers? Virtualisation? Bladeservers with their own inbuilt switching? What bladeservers? What type of servers? What expected traffic throughput? What interfaces on servers? availability requirements? Do servers have management interfaces? Multiple interfaces for data?

First tough would be 6500s, but answers to the above questions may adjust that.
