Hi All,
We need to synchronize the nexus 5020 with ntp server.
So could you please guide me the process with the commands, also please let us know if we need to reboot the nexus for synchronization.

Hi,
No need to reboot after configuring NTP.
see page 79 in this doc on how to configure NTP:
