Hi Jackal,

The message the switch is reporting indicates, there is a packet with source MAC of all zero's which is an invalid packet. The format of the error was a little different in older CAT OS and the following page should help

The syslog message indicates that the switch refuses to learn the invalid address. However, the switch forwards traffic that is sourced from an all-zeros MAC address.

You might want to use a sniffer and identify where these packets are coming from.
