syslog/NCS issue

Hello,

I have a Cisco Prime Infra 1.4 server up and am trying to use it as a syslog server.

But when I do a "sh logging" on my switch, i'm seeing a "link down" issue with my syslog server :

Trap logging: level warnings, 131 message lines logged

Logging to x.x.x.x  (udp port 514, audit disabled, link down),

However I can ping the NCS server ; on the NCS server i'm not seeing any traps or logs generated by my device. But my devices are showing up as "Reachable".

here is the output from "show snmp"

SR-VDGHDV-4500X-BB1#sh snmp

Output from sh logging :

What should I check to debug this?

Thanks
