Syslog Server

Hi I am Managing Network of Campus Lan,where i need a good syslog server to maintain 6500 switches and 4500 switches and ASA,Router

I need some Open Source Software so that it will be helpful for me

Hi,

syslog-ng or syslogd on Linux are good options.

However if you are looking for some NMS features (with SNMP) along with Syslog you can opt for syslogd and OpenNMS or JFFNMS on Linux.

Syslogd comes default along with any linux/unix.
