telnet <ip address of server> <tcp/udp port number>

DNS example:

telnet 10.10.10.4 53

yes like this...but i able to telnet with all those port, default port. But I am not able to do with port no. tcp 7627/7628/7629/49787.

OK, then maybe the port is not open on the server itself.

Maybe the service that uses those ports is not running.

Maybe a firewall sitting in front of the server is blocking those ports.

Check any ACLs between source and destination.

Good luck.

I have check all those parameters... and also I have opened all those port in my firewall. What is happening... from the same segment where my switch is exit another server is also there. from server its possible but not from my switch. thats why I am worried about it.

Post the config of the switch and describe the topology real quick.
