Hi Manoj,

few things needs to be checked.

can u verify IP connectivity between the switch and tftp server. ping 172.16.1.25 from

4003-B-Ground switch and see if it succeds.

check if TFTP server is running.

check if solarwinds tftp is set to send and receive files both.

check if you have set the paath in tftp where the config files from the switch will get saved.

rate if it helps ... try it and let me know if you have any questions....

Hii

friend im doing telnet from 172.16.1.25, so there is no issue of connectivity and also i set both the permssion(send& recieve),but even then im getting this error.

and my path is c:\tftp-root

Thanx

Try another TFTP server. Check the link below and its a recommended one by Cisco.

HTH,

It seems that the directory that you are using on the TFTP server for receiving files has not been given write permissions.

Hii amit ,,

Thanx for ur help..with this i m able to copy the file in tftp server.

Amit

If u see my earlier post regarding c-8540 CSR-RP, can u tell me something about that or guide me to solve that problem also.
