The Flash memory doesn't initialized

I need help please who could would help me i'll apreciate:

the problem shows an error in a switch catalyst 2900XL - its a 2924 -, i was copying the image of the ios via xmodem and before finished the the power energy in the facility shuts down,  when the energy supply returns the switch get power energy normally but the flash memory doesn't initialized and the loader stuck when i try to initializy the flash or reset and i don't know what to do a wish that someone help me with that please

this is the error that shows me:

oh nooooo... but before that the switch works fine, and there something i can do to fix it?

If you have another 2900XL lying around, you can swap parts around.

i will check if i find some parts of another switch 2900XL, Is there a guide to change it?.. I'm ccna but i'm afraid to change it without support :S

Hi Erick,

I don't think there is any guide.

Just make sure you have anti-static strap on.  The flash memory is like a PC DRAM memory.
