the router is a 7206VXR with a npe-400 and two PA-GE adapters, one in each bus. What ist the max. throughput i can expect on each of the pci-buses (not midplane)? I/O controller is a c7200-I/O-2FE/E.
As an aside, the original PCI bus (32bit/33MHz) provided 133 MBps (bytes/sec). The 32bit/66MHz or 64bit/33MHz versions provide 266 MBps, and the 64bit/66MHz version provides 532 MBps.
